When I was younger I remember Hamilton Beach being a great supplier of kitchen ware and I am quite surprised that even up till now they have maintained the great standard of their products. One of the greatest products that I know from them is the Hamilton Beach Performance Plus. This being a great hand mixer has given us quite a show. Apart from being cool in design this also has a lot of extra in it too.
The basic unit machine consists of a black handheld mixing body with closed handle, a flat end for placing it on your table top or counter top and a built-in compartment for wraparound cord storage.
Attachments for this mixer include a set of strong wire beaters, whisk attachment and a milkshake blending tool. The wire beaters are an extremely efficient for mixing frosting, whipping cream and also dense cookie dough. The mixer can go on completing hard tasks easily and even when it fights against some tough cookie dough on low speeds. The mixer appears to be smoothly whizzing through the entire work load.
