This allows for a further ability to mix dense and heavy material easily too. On the exterior is placed a touchpad or what is the mixer’s speed control. The touchpad includes a digital display for extra precision too. As in the previous model this also features the safety start feature popularly known as the SmoothStart. And the precision touchpad with digital display shifts speeds with just one touch!

The beater can be ejected with the convenience by the push of a single button. For extra safety Cuisinart has included the safety mechanism called the SmoothStart. This prevents extra splattering by controlling the start and confining it to the first 3 gears only. A professional whisk and a spatula have also been added in the package.
